DAPP Dura-Lite Multiwall polycarbonate sheets are co-extruded with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating on one side and anti-condensation treatment on the other side, which integrates the functions of antiultraviolet, heat insulation, and anti-fog droplet. It blocks all UV radiation from passing through and is
suitable for protecting valuable artwork and exhibits from UV damage.
The light transmittance of DAPP Dura-Lite Multiwall polycarbonate sheets can reach up to 80%, which can be beautiful as glass. UV-coated polycarbonate panels will not produce yellowing, fogging, and poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight. After ten years, the loss of light transmission is only 10%, the loss rate of PVC is as high as 15%-20%, and the loss rate of glass fibre is 12%-20%.
The specific gravity of DAPP Dura-Lite Multiwall polycarbonate sheets is only 1/8 of glass, saving the cost of transportation, handling, installation, and supporting the frame.
