Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will act as the technical bridge between clients and Panthor Turnkey’s solutions. This role involves pre-sales consulting, product demonstration, solution designing, and closing technical sales across sectors like industrial automation, machinery, and plant turnkey services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Provide product demos, technical presentations, and solution-based selling.
  • Liaise with engineering and project teams to propose customized offerings.
  • Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and assist with tenders.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Visit client sites for technical discussions and post-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical sales or turnkey solution selling.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery, industrial systems, or EPC workflows.
  • Excellent communication, technical documentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Willing to travel as per business needs.
